I made a reservation to get a consultation here, but then they called, asked to change the time, and in the end said it wasn't possible, so it got pushed to the next week. They urged me to come quickly on the rescheduled date, and I arrived on time, but there were so many people, no seats to sit in, and the waiting just kept going. After meeting the manager, I waited 20 to 30 minutes in the consultation room. Then another 10 to 20 minutes outside. I went back into the consultation room, waited a bit more, and then finally met the doctor. The doctor spent about 20 minutes explaining things very diligently. Explained well. After the doctor left, I waited another 10 to 20 minutes, then the manager came in, talked about the estimate and costs, and I said I would think about it before leaving. Wow!! It really seemed like there were a lot of customers, but I couldn't tell whether the system wasn't organized or whether there was some other problem. Because of the consultation schedule, I got called several times about whether it would be possible or not, and it was extremely hard just to get the consultation. I felt completely drained. They really need to expand the waiting area or add more chairs. I was so tired after going.
