I visited after seeing good reviews online for a consultation for my family's surgery, but the consultation manager kept telling me to look up which insurance company I should use to get functional nose reimbursement, and there was pressure to pay a reservation deposit. I said I needed to check other hospitals too before deciding, so I'd contact them later today, and then they asked which hospital I was going to. They spoke about the hospital I mentioned in a slightly dismissive/comparative way, which caught me off guard. And even though it wasn't visibly severe, the head manager said surgery I didn't really need right now was something I absolutely had to get, so I wondered if it might be overtreatment. (There was no mention of that at another hospital at all.) My consultation with the director was extremely satisfying, but because I couldn't trust what the consultation manager was saying, I ultimately didn't choose them.
