Considering the current condition of my eye bones and how much of the iris is visible, they recommended ptosis correction and incisional revision surgery. The plan is to remove the existing line and match both sides by doing ptosis correction on only one side. They shaped the line several times, but if it was set too strongly, the epicanthal fold stood out, so we decided to set it naturally. They can’t do any more medial epicanthoplasty here, so we decided to leave it alone... They also do medial epicanthoplasty reconstruction, but since they didn’t bring it up, I think it’s probably better to just leave it alone.
