As soon as I entered the clinic, I’m not sure if it was a dedicated smell or what, but there was some kind of unpleasant smell.. The desk staff kept chatting, so my first impression wasn’t very good.
The consultant also spoke kindly, but I’m not sure if it’s normal for the consultant to diagnose my nose. It felt like they were subtly pressuring me to pay a deposit. They kept asking which other clinics I was going to for consultations, and why they wrote that on the consultation form.. It also felt like they were subtly putting down other clinics, so I felt uncomfortable.
The director explained things very kindly. They asked about my needs and explained the structure in detail while looking at the CT. For the first time, I felt like I learned something during a consultation? But they said costal cartilage is mandatory, so I’m hesitating..
