I had full nose surgery using silicone, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and septal cartilage, and I had full canthoplasty.
During the consultation, the doctor spoke in a friendly and honest way. They clearly explained what couldn't be done and how it would turn out. Even when I asked a lot of questions, they kindly answered everything. They are good at noses too, but they are seriously good at canthoplasty. They opened the eyes in a glamorous and refreshing way, but there is zero sense of awkwardness or foreignness. None of the red mucosal tissue is visible, and the eye shape was done so well that I admire it every day when I look in the mirror...

It is day 20 after surgery, and I have not worn makeup even once because my scar care is precious.
According to people around me, my nose changed really dramatically and looks different every day, and they say my eyes are truly pretty. I heard three times that they look like AI doll eyes.
And I had no expectations for the double chin, but my face got seriously so much smaller and slimmer. No, doctor;; you said the jawline couldn't be improved. What am I supposed to do if you even make my jawline sharp and put me in such a good mood?
There is still a lot of scar tissue, but I... thought it was just sagging skin along my jawline, so I was really surprised when it tightened and stuck right up.
And my nose... even now, it is perfect and pretty. Before going into surgery, I showed a few reference photos, and the doctor reflected the photos perfectly. When I showed those photos to people I know, they said my nose looks exactly like the photos, and that my nose is prettier than the photos.
But there is still some swelling, so I think it will be even prettier once the swelling goes down.
Honestly, for this clinic, it wasn't so much that I did a lot of online research; many people around me had gotten their noses done at Miho and had amazing results, so I just went for it, and it really turned out amazing, so I feel so good..
I went into nose surgery prepared for the idea that once you touch the nose, you will absolutely need 2-3 revision surgeries, but even if I do get revision surgery, I will go to Director Gu Mun-geun..
