There was a bit of a wait, but the director was kind and the consultation was good, so I felt at ease haha. They explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and it felt like they were good at proactively telling me exactly what I needed to know, even if I didn’t ask. The director seems to like a slightly flashy style, but it still had a clean feel, so it wasn’t bad. It was good that the manager explained well how to proceed with the actual-expense insurance claim, but one thing I found slightly puzzling was that there is an additional fee if you want to view the CCTV later. I do wonder why that is. Overall, it felt like everyone there was kind.
