I had consultations like this: Director Yoon Seok-ho for revision rhinoplasty consultation, and Director Yoon Jung-won for revision eye surgery consultation The consultation proceeded in the order of consultant -> nose -> eyes -> consultant, and the consultant was really kind. I kept debating which nose director to see, but after checking my nose and my needs, she connected me so I could consult with Director Yoon Seok-ho. And Director Yoon Seok-ho was truly calm and kind during the consultation. He explained while looking at my nose and the images I wanted, and here he clearly told me the limitations of my nose while explaining in detail what directions were possible and impossible. He also kept proactively suggesting alternatives, which helped me understand a lot. He explained so well that I felt like my understanding of my own nose, which even I hadn’t known, suddenly went way up. Also, I have severe nasal septal deviation, and after asking about my usual symptoms, he advised that in that case I did not separately need functional nasal surgery. And Director Yoon Jung-won... felt a bit like communication wasn’t working. The area between my eyes and eyebrows is on the narrow side, but when I said I wanted my eye shape to look somewhat gentle, she suddenly said that it was because the space between my eyes and eyebrows was narrow, so it would be hard to create that feel unless I had a forehead lift, and recommended a forehead lift that I didn’t even want. So I said I just wanted the impression of my eyes to come out a bit rounder and that I wasn’t considering a forehead lift, and she said, “Then do that, then...” and showed me a line with just a slight lift, showing the feel of an upper epicanthoplasty at the front, and that was the line I wanted haha Somehow, after going around in circles, communication did happen at the end, but the communication was a bit disappointing. And finally, when the consultant gave me the final explanation of the cost and surgical method, before I even asked anything, she ran through everything like a manual, including the autologous costal cartilage harvesting method, scar location, whether X-ray imaging would be done, and so on, so there wasn’t really anything I had to ask separately haha And above all, they did not pressure me to book on the same day. Since they knew this was revision surgery for me and that I had been thinking about it for a long time, they said, “Then for the nose, please really go to a few more consultations and decide,” and even encouraged(?) me, which I liked. If it hadn’t been for the communication miss with Director Yoon Jung-won... I might have had surgery here, but ultimately I decided not to proceed with surgery.
