They said non-implant surgery was possible and the doctor was kind, so I left a deposit and booked. But thinking about it, it didn’t seem right, so I called the manager and said, "Don’t I need to dissolve the filler?" and she said it wasn’t necessary. This was the only place that said it wasn’t necessary^^ And 7 days before the surgery, while asking, I asked whether the deposit would be refunded if I canceled, and they said it wouldn’t be fully refunded (they had originally said during consultation that 90% would be refunded). Then they went on about how I was already getting a big discount and all that nonsense So I kept pushing back hard, and because they got tired of it, they just refunded 90%. The manager was really not good.
