Undoing lower canthoplasty

Four years ago I had lower canthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, eye-opening correction, revision double eyelid surgery, and fat grafting to the upper eyelids, but I am not satisfied with a single one of them. The area where fat was removed on my stomach has caved in, so I even went to another clinic for fat grafting.

I lost my aegyo-sal for cosmetic reasons, so I look older and my face looks longer, and above all my eyes feel dry and are really uncomfortable, so I am going to go for reversal next month. If I undo the lower canthoplasty, will the lower eyelids sag or become bumpy or anything like that? They say local anesthesia takes only 5 to 10 minutes, but can I tolerate local anesthesia... Will I actually see the surgical tools moving back and forth in front of my eyes..? Ah, I really regret touching my eyes four years ago so much that it brings tears to my eyes
