I had my first nose surgery here early this year, and the result was a disaster. As soon as the splint was removed, my nose was extremely upturned, and it still has not come down, so from the front it looks like a snub nose, and because the columella was taken down a lot, it looks like a hooked nose. The reviews said it looked natural, so I wanted a natural-looking nose, and I emphasized before surgery that I wanted it natural, but they put in a 4 mm silicone implant, so people around me say I look like Pinocchio. My dissatisfaction with the line is partly my fault for not researching enough, but an even bigger reason for revision surgery is that the silicone is visible and the cartilage is sticking out. When I asked at the follow-up visit, they denied it and said they could not see it even when looking. I am so angry about how their attitude changed before and after the cosmetic surgery.
