I went after the consultation because I liked it, and it was done so naturally that even my friends just went, 'Hmm, did something change a little?' and left it at that, and my dad still doesn't know I had plastic surgery... The bridge of my nose definitely became more defined, but I'm not sure about improving my bulbous nose. It feels like it improved subtly? Still, it looks much prettier than when I had almost no nose at all.
