I first asked a few simple questions by phone, then went in person and spoke first with the manager about what I wanted to do and how I wanted it done. Once we had roughly sorted things out, I met the director. Since I had already asked the manager everything I was curious about, there wasn't much left for me to ask the director.. But he still answered my questions kindly and seemed confident, which made me trust him. However.. there were so many patients and people waiting for consultations that there was a bit of a wait time.
