It felt like the counselor had already made a judgment about my eyes before I even met the director. The director just came in, adjusted the line a bit, and that was it. It was not even a detailed analysis of my eyes, and there was not a single point they commonly mentioned at other clinics. It just felt like a factory, like they were saying, let's just make the line like this and do triple incisional double eyelid correction. I had zero trust in it.
