It felt like they were trying to match my preferred direction as much as possible, but I also wasn't going to insist on a surgery that wouldn't work for my eyes, so I think we compromised somewhere in the middle during the consultation. The hospital desk felt busy somehow, and in the reviews I'd seen people saying the wait was very long, but I didn't really wait that long. The coordinator was kind, and there is a separate aftercare team? I also liked that they said they provide care such as swelling injections and laser treatment with no limit on the number of times. Even when I asked basic things about eye lines, they explained kindly, and in some busy clinics they sometimes answer a few questions and then leave, but here I felt they gave enough consultation time, which I liked. I even put down a reservation deposit, but after seeing the review photos, they seemed a bit too flashy no matter how I looked at them, and my desired look wasn't that level, so I worried it might not come out naturally and canceled the reservation to look around more first. Even when canceling, I said I had changed my mind, and they tried to persuade me once, but when I declined again they helped with the refund right away, so there was no major issue with the reservation refund.
