At first, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but the silicone was tilted to one side and the shape looked unnatural, like an avatar, so during the second surgery, I removed the silicone completely and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip! After removing the silicone, I felt relieved, it looked more natural, and I’m satisfied now!
