I went for a consultation because I wanted to lower the line. Instead of saying it was guaranteed, they told me that in revision surgery there was a possibility the line could end up a little higher than I wanted, which actually made me trust them more. Since I had my first surgery when I was young, I don't know whether fat removal is necessary, but they kept touching my eyes, making guesses and asking questions, so I didn't feel like they were being careless during the consultation. When I was in a one-on-one consultation with the head coordinator, I showed them the line I wanted, and they kindly showed me photos of cases where they had lowered the line similarly. But at the end, even though I said I had time and could leave without booking right away and that I would call back, they kept pushing for a deposit, which bothered me They said I'd get a 100% refund even if I cancel the surgery, but it still felt uncomfortable.
