Isn’t it a bit much to contact someone to change the appointment time on the same day? I personally didn’t mind all that much, but I thought other patients might find it inconvenient. I visited because this clinic had such pretty eye surgery reviews, and I had a consultation with Director Im ㅈㅎ. First of all, he was the kindest director I’ve ever met, which I liked. He carefully set each line according to the millimeters in advance, asked me how I felt about each line, and looked at everything very thoroughly. He didn’t push overly aggressive surgery. He recommended upper epicanthoplasty plus semi-out double eyelid surgery. When I greedily asked about inner or outer canthoplasty, he said my eyes were already open enough, so doing it would probably not have much effect, which made me trust him. Manager Ha ㅈㅇ also explained the clinic’s specialized surgical methods and gave a reasonable quote even though it was a revision eye surgery case, so up to that point it was good. But the pressure to pay a deposit was way too strong. It wasn’t even, “We’ll discount it if you book today,” but more like, “You have to decide right now,” which was so 부담스러운. When I said I’d think about it and decide later, their expression and attitude changed completely, and after the consultation they didn’t even escort me out at all. They didn’t even give me a business card and just left me hanging, so I was like, huh...? what...? and stood there dumbfounded for several minutes The consultation manager immediately went into the next consultation What is this Even the desk staff didn’t tell me whether I could leave and just left me alone. I was barely able to hold back from filing a complaint on the spot because I thought, what kind of place is this? The reasonable cost, the review lines I liked, and the director’s style were all good, so I had been thinking 90 percent that I wanted to go ahead with surgery, but the staff’s service attitude and the huge difference in attitude depending on whether I put down a deposit or not magically killed even that feeling. It does feel a bit like a factory-style clinic. You probably shouldn’t expect much in terms of post-op care or attention. Maybe they’ll pay a bit more attention if you have surgery on a slow day.

I had hump nose surgery in 2016. It was 6 years ago, so I do not remember the doctor's name. My forehead was low, so they said it could not be raised very high, and if I wanted it higher, there would be too many parts to touch, so I had a…
