Even though I had a reservation, I still waited an hour.. The director listened well to the exact parts I needed and the parts I was worried about, and tried to solve them. The manager seemed kind, but not very professional, and only answered when I asked; they didn’t explain in advance how things would proceed. The deposit push was enormous. But I did like the director.
