At first, it felt a little off because they seemed to be consulting with a lot of foreigners, including Chinese and Korean patients, and even though I had made a reservation, I ended up waiting over 2 hours because the doctors had surgeries scheduled. After waiting and going in for the consultation, my eyes are a bit narrow in the front, and not a single clinic had recommended epicanthoplasty before, but the manager told me to get epicanthoplasty. That’s where I was a bit disappointed in the manager. The director’s consultation was really good, so I was thinking about the surgery and the price was also decent, but after the director’s consultation, the manager’s follow-up was so careless. Since I said I wouldn’t make a same-day reservation and would contact them separately, he ended the consultation right away and stood up. When I asked one more question, he just turned his face slightly and answered while walking forward, then left. Even if I did get surgery later, I did wonder whether they’d really handle aftercare properly. Still, the director was good and the price was decent, so I’m a bit torn.
