The wait was really so, so, so, so, so long.. It made me wonder why I even made a reservation.... I went without designating a director, and the consultation manager recommended a director who would match my desired style... The price was affordable, and I even paid a deposit, but I just lost the desire to have eye surgery, so I didn't have the surgery
