The wait was long and there were so many people coming and going. They asked about clinics I had already consulted with or planned to visit, and my expected price range, which caught me a little off guard. I feel like that kind of thing would be better written on a chart... Both the consultation manager and the director were kind, but it didn’t feel like they were especially thorough in the consultation. From the reviews, it felt like the surgeries they recommend are all pretty similar, so I ended up booking another clinic.
