I had an eye consultation at POP Plastic Surgery. It was for posterior canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and ptosis correction. It took an hour and a half of waiting until the consultation. It seems like they schedule consultations very tightly... First, the consultant gave me a consultation, and I discussed the design with the consultant first. She said that if I did posterior and lower canthoplasty, my eyes would become sanpaku eyes, so I shouldn’t do it. Because of that, we concluded that if I only did ptosis correction, I wouldn’t get the eyes I wanted, so the consultation ended without even having a doctor’s consultation. It felt like doctor consultations are only given to people who are likely to proceed with surgery to some extent.
