I’ve been to quite a few consultations, but the consultants here were the worst ever. Why make me fill out a chart if they aren’t even going to read it???? They made the mistake when booking the appointment, but asked me about it as if interrogating me and spoke as if giving notice. My mood was ruined even before meeting the doctor, but I liked the surgery reviews I had in mind for this hospital, so I held it in thinking that if I liked only the doctor consultation here, I’d book. But the doctor also pushed only their own opinion rather than reflecting the patient’s opinion, and even when saying the same thing, the wording was so harsh that I felt hurt. The consultant quoted over 10 million won, then the review event and same-day event were conditional on not canceling, pressuring me hard to book with a discounted price. In the end I left without booking, but the next day they contacted me again with another lowered price. The doctor seems to have good skills, but the consultation manager annoyed me so much I don’t want to go back. With plastic surgery, you have to go to the hospital multiple times because of aftercare, and if there are staff like that, it’s so, so annoying and uncomfortable. Here, the consultants act like they own the hospital, and even the clicking sound of their heels is so loud and mannerless. They’re so chic and cold that I was scared to ask even one question.
