The front desk staff are so rude.. The person answering the phone was also seriously careless.. It makes me wonder how they even work there.. The director too, as soon as I went in for a consultation, was sitting there with greasy hair, reeking of cigarette smoke, frowning and looking like it was a hassle. When I asked a question, they embarrassed me by saying hadn’t they already told me, and then scolded me for why I was asking after they had explained everything; I was completely caught off guard.
