I had lateral canthoplasty in 2018. It has already been 6 years. It was so long ago that I am not sure if this price is correct.. I really searched around a lot for lateral canthoplasty, and at the time, most lateral canthoplasty procedures still involved directly cutting the outer corner of the eye, so there were not many places that performed lateral canthoplasty without cutting the outer eye corner. Among the non-cutting lateral canthoplasty surgeries, this clinic felt the most trustworthy, so I decided to go here. They explained the surgical method in detail, which made me trust them. Since it was a procedure that does not cut the outer corner of the eye, there were no external side effects at all, such as the commonly mentioned D-shaped deformity of the outer eye corner or scar tissue. Instead, they said there could be a side effect of tightness in the muscles near the outer corner of the eye, but I did not have that either. However, although it is not severe, I developed very slight dry eye syndrome. It is still ongoing. But I think this is less a mistake by this clinic and more that no matter what surgical method was used for lateral canthoplasty, and no matter which clinic I went to, dry eye syndrome probably would have developed as a countereffect of lateral canthoplasty. Also, exactly 6 months after surgery was when all the swelling had gone down, the eyes looked clearly opened up, and they were the prettiest. After that, they gradually returned toward my original eyes, and now about 90%? has returned. (An acquaintance also had it done here, and like me, almost returned back, but the impression changed subtly.) Still, it changed my impression very subtly + since the outer corners of the eyes droop with age anyway.. Now I do feel disappointed that the dramatic change I had at 6 months is gone, but I am living satisfied with the natural feel. I am originally someone who pursues natural-looking plastic surgery. If you want a clearly opened lower canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty, dramatic change, perfect correction of shortcomings, or a glamorous kind of beauty, I do not think this would suit you.
