I had a low, small nose, so I only raised it with 4.5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage~ Now it seems like all the major swelling is gone, so I’m posting one last review haha So far, aside from the columella? area feeling a bit heavy, I’m just going about daily life without any trouble! At first it looked really artificial and unnatural, and people around me didn’t react well, so I felt like it had gone wrong and got depressed. But now, even if it’s not 100%, it has just the right pretty, slightly artificial yet natural look haha Thinking it will become even more natural from here makes me really like it
