The director is kind. They carefully check everything, even taking photos. They explain using an organized FAQ, and they explain as much as possible for all the questions I ask. It was nice that they showed me before-and-after images with Photoshop. It definitely does improve, but it felt a bit disappointing. They said the actual surgical result would be a little better.
