After my first surgery, about 1 year and 4 months? had passed, and then I had cheekbone revision surgery at Taco! I once posted in this community about my consultation experience, saying I thought I would probably have surgery soon at Taco, and some time has passed since then; now it has been a little over a week since my revision surgery.
Ha... First of all, even if you don’t request the before-and-after CT photos, they provide them directly when you go for a follow-up check. I’m satisfied with that alone. Usually places say, “Ah, things like this are internal to our hospital, etc...” but Taco absolutely doesn’t do that, and it’s a hospital that can’t help but feel highly trustworthy. I had three types of facial contouring + chin advancement + double chin and deep cheek fat suction at ㅅㄷ. After that, I became dissatisfied only with the cheekbone area due to insufficient effect. (Even after a year including residual swelling, I wasn’t sure about other areas, but as for the horizontal width of the cheekbones, I was like, does this feel reduced at all?) Since revision surgery can be done after a year, I just consulted and had surgery only at Taco. (I didn’t even look at other hospitals.) The director’s surgical style definitely sounds credible when you hear it. For example, like when we get nose surgery and say that volume around the center of the facial features also seems to make the face look a bit smaller, there is the logic that facial shape is also proportional. So for the cheekbones, the osteotomy line should be raised higher in the posterior cheekbone area and the anterior cheekbone area should be brought out slightly, so that volume is created both when smiling and at rest, making the face look much smaller. That logic... Even though I still have swelling after surgery, when I look in the mirror, it really looks that way according to that logic.. ღ I really think I did well by not being swayed by other hospitals and just firmly waiting for the surgery date Really Of course, every hospital director has a different surgical style, so results can all differ. At ㅅㄷ, I was only dissatisfied with my cheekbones, so that hospital’s director may be good at areas other than cheekbones~ But... Director Takho at Taco, at least for the cheekbone area that I was dissatisfied with!!!!!! He completely got rid of my worries, and even though it cost more because it was revision surgery, it was truly worth every bit of the money. Seriously, 100%, with this logic and these surgical results, the chin tip and square jaw would also be extremely satisfying, for real. (But for the cheekbone area, you have to think not only about bone but also the fleshiness/soft tissue. If it’s thick, even if the bone is greatly reduced, it may show less. But that doesn’t mean you should skip surgery and first aggressively do treatments like InMode or Ultherapy to get rid of the fleshiness; if only bone is left, it can look even more unattractive ^_^ What I mean is, think carefully about the order before doing it~ Everyone thinks differently, but it’s like starting to color on a canvas without a sketch and later only increasing the time needed for corrections.) Also, during follow-ups, they explain every single thing in a friendly and detailed way, and when I usually message the consultant about concerns regarding the surgical area, she first gives good feedback offline and communicates it to the director, so even without me saying it twice, the director already knows what I was worried about. Then he explains it kindly again,,, I’m just so grateful and I love you ღ... I was really suffering so much for a year. But now it finally feels like it has come to light (?) so I’m very grateful to the consultant and the director. Please be blessed forever Now only my thick fleshiness (soft tissue) remains ^_^ I’ll somehow get around and reduce that myself so my face looks even smaller!!
