Rather than an extremely warm and kind style, it felt more like a university hospital doctor with a slight touch of kindness..? When I asked questions, they answered everything professionally without hesitation. I’ve been to many consultations, and they are definitely professional. When I asked questions, the answers were a bit dry, so I wondered, are they kind? I wasn’t sure. But when I came home and watched YouTube, the questions I had asked and the answers to them were explained in great detail there. And those videos were from years ago.. I could understand why they answered so skillfully. I definitely got a professional impression, so I’m considering them as my final clinic. It’s such a dangerous and scary surgery, so if I become more confident myself, I think I may choose them.
