I had a severely retruded chin, almost fish-faced, but thanks to Dr. Taco I became human At other places, almost all of them recommended two-stage advancement, but the director considered naturalness+safety+body volume and recommended a single-stage maximum 8 mm advancement+fat grafting, and in the end I think the director was right Surprisingly, it was a clinic with many chin-tip advancement and retruded-chin cases, and they seem to have their own know-how (like making a wide wing-shaped osteotomy of the chin to preserve body volume while advancing it, or combining fat grafting for severe retruded chins..) And I felt that they really are good at surgery: like the rumors say, there wasn't much swelling and the CT is seriously clean Right after surgery there was almost no swelling, then it swelled a lot for about a day or two and went down completely, and from around day 9 it didn't even look like I'd had surgery, so I just met people and did everything (maybe because it was just one procedure?) As for the CT, there is absolutely none of that secondary angle, unevenness, depression, or stuff like that, and even if I had done the surgery myself, it's clean enough that I'd want to show it to the patient right away and brag. I guess there's a reason they send CT photos to patients first Other than that, sensation is coming back well without issues, and no side effects have appeared yet People around me don't know what I did, but they find it fascinating that I somehow changed a lot Thank you, director.
