I booked it right away about 3 years ago because it was said to be the most famous for alar reduction, and in the end I was very satisfied.. I asked for a natural look, and they were fairly thorough in checking everything. They only reduced the alar, but in my case it dramatically reduced how much of my face was taken up by my nose, so I ended up with a small, pretty nose.. But the clinic did recommend cartilage binding back then, and I’m glad I didn’t do it and later just had nose surgery with septal cartilage. If you’re only thinking about alar reduction, I recommend it
