A place where you pay money and get scolded. I went for removal consultation, and it felt like they wanted the patient to decide everything and ask all the questions by themselves. Even the way they asked back in a lecturing tone, almost as if they already had the answer they wanted, was unpleasant. How would an ordinary person know professional knowledge...? That is why we go to a doctor.. Whenever I asked something, they would scold me, so I left without being able to ask properly. I had also been to another removal clinic, so at least that was a relief, but I took the time, did the legwork, paid the consultation fee, and went there, so I really wish they had not handled the consultation like that. It was the most unpleasant experience, and the counseling manager was not even close to the kindest among the hospitals I visited... The removal cost was the highest, and revision surgery was much more expensive. More than anything, I felt that if something went wrong after surgery there, I would not even be able to ask properly, so I crossed it off my list
