I got a consultation because of nose removal. In my case, I went because I felt tenderness when pressed. They said it wasn't inflammation, so they didn't really recommend removal. More than the reviews, he seemed kind and had high professional knowledge and pride, so he felt trustworthy. I think I used ear cartilage, 3 mm silicone, and part of the septum, but I didn't like my natural nose shape, so when I asked whether he could make it into my current nose shape even if the bridge got lower, he answered confidently, which was nice. But I didn't actually have the surgery, so I don't know what the real result would be.
