I had my nose removed, and I totally relate to the best post above... Honestly, the real way to remove it properly is to see it with your eyes and remove it clearly.. A doctor I know said that seeing it with your eyes is the most accurate and certain way.. If I had done it now, I would have had it removed open.. The wing cartilage on both sides? Was not properly repositioned, so one side collapsed. It keeps getting blocked and tilted toward that side,,, annoying
