They seem to have expertise, but the consultation felt like they were scolding a student. Still, in a tsundere style, they answered all the questions I asked, and they seemed proud of their surgery. The consultation manager was kind, and the facility wasn't bad either. It was a bit of a concern that there was no anesthesiologist.
