Because of ongoing inflammatory reactions after my nose surgery (redness, swelling, pressure, pain), I looked for a clinic to have it removed, and since this place was said to be famous among removal clinics, I made a reservation and visited. I’ve consulted at several places for both eye and nose surgery, but this is the first place I’ve ever been to with such an awful attitude. I can understand the frustration of having to explain the same thing repeatedly to patients, but to say things like, "This is basic common sense, how can you not understand this?" And when my mother, who came with me, tried to ask a question, they said, "Be quiet... no, stay quiet," and things like that. They really made it impossible to ask questions. In the consultation itself, I was the one who was going to have the surgery, but I couldn’t even ask all the related questions, and they kept giving me looks like I should leave, so in the end I left feeling as if I had been chased out. I don’t know about others, but this was the worst place I’ve ever consulted, and no matter how skilled or famous they may be, I would never have surgery here.
