I had a consultation for non-open removal of nose silicone. Since the first surgery was non-open, they said it could be done non-open again, and that the ear cartilage in the nose tip could be left in place. I liked that they explained things calmly and seemed confident, but since it was the first place I consulted, I regret not asking questions properly.
