I had a consultation for contracture of the nose. My first impression was that, unlike his appearance, he spoke in a calm and polite way while explaining things. But during the consultation, it felt like I was being scolded half the time.. It seemed like he wanted me to know and study more. If so, he should just explain things better.. The consultation manager was also a bit stiff..
