Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of My Fit-Me Nose Surgery at [Clinic A]~!

Hello~ I’d like to leave a review of the Fit-Me nose surgery I had at [Clinic A]! I hadn’t had nose surgery before, but I did get a nose filler injection about 10 years ago. My bridge became broadly elevated, as if a square piece of chalk had been placed on it, while the tip became blunt and bulbous, perhaps because it had not been molded properly, and settled into a lifted-looking shape The nasolabial angle was not beautifully defined either; it looked as if it had been pushed inward, so I regretted getting the filler. After the filler, my nose looked even more unnatural from the front, and the nasolabial angle looked recessed from the side, so I disliked the overall nose line. The nose I wanted was a slim, defined, natural straight nose, so this time I started looking into surgery to improve it properly! When I saw the review photos from [Clinic A], the lines looked beautiful and the shapes seemed well suited to each person’s facial atmosphere, so I went for a consultation. I consulted with Dr. Lee Jin-hoon, who checked all the essential points through CT, including the internal and external nasal structures, septal size, and tissue characteristics~!! I was curious how they could design a nose with so many issues, including a wide bridge, a blunt and lifted tip, and an unattractive overall shape, but at [Clinic A] I could also view a video predicting my postoperative appearance through 3D simulation?! They photographed me before surgery with Vectra, ran the simulation, and showed me the predicted postoperative appearance. It was fascinating because I could see the details more clearly than expected!! Even though it was a virtual prediction, it was based on the design created directly by the doctor, so I felt the actual surgical line would turn out beautifully, which really made me want the surgery! The doctor also showed me before-and-after photos of a similar case. The virtual result and the actual postoperative nose looked almost alike, which I liked, and I decided to have the surgery at [Clinic A]. The surgery was performed as a customized 3D Fit-Me rhinoplasty, and autologous costal cartilage was used for the tip~! The nasal bones were osteotomized to make the broad-looking bridge slimmer, and I also had correction of the upturned nose and nasolabial angle. I had alar reduction as well; after discussing with the doctor how much to reduce, we made a slight medial incision! It has only been two months, so there is still some swelling, but compared with before surgery, my nose has become much prettier, and the bridge through the tip has settled into a slim and high shape!!! Now there is no blunt or lifted-looking feeling from the front or side, and the line from the columella to the nasolabial angle is also really great!! The natural straight nose I wanted looks so much like my own nose that I could say it is my nose. It hasn’t been that long yet, but I’m extremely happy with it so far, and I plan to keep watching the swelling go down and continue posting reviews!!!
