Eye Surgery Considerations

I am deliberating over eye surgery... Please answer some questions

First, I am a man and have completely monolidded eyes. My eyelids are thick, and the upper part of my eyes also droops somewhat. Every doctor I consulted said the thickness is caused not by fat but by thick muscle. Since I usually open my eyes using my forehead muscles, the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is large, and my eyebrows have changed from a 10:10 shape to an arched seagull shape. The double-eyelid design I want is an inner double eyelid that is not visible from the front. During consultations, doctors usually use a toothpick to mark the crease, right? In my case, when they did that, the eye shape I liked did not appear.. I have visited three places so far, and it was the same everywhere. Because my eyelids are thick, even when the crease is set very low, it looks somewhat unnatural. So I asked the doctors whether it would look more natural after surgery than when artificially marked with a toothpick. One said it would look much more natural, while another said it would turn out as marked now. So, my questions are.. 1. For someone like me with thick eyelids, even if the double-eyelid crease is set very low and made into an inner double eyelid, could it still look unnaturally sausage-like? 2. What do you think about a subbrow lift instead of double-eyelid surgery? Looking at before-and-after photos of subbrow lifts, it seems to (1) improve upper-eyelid drooping and (2) narrow the distance between the eyes and eyebrows, so I am also looking into it.
