They were kinder than I expected, and there was enough time for the consultation. They answered even when I asked a lot of questions, and they seemed very confident about the surgery. I had a contracted nose, and they explained well how much the tip would come down if I only had the whole thing removed, and the difference compared with revision surgery for the tip. They showed me many before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine.
