It went in the order of first consultation with the consultant, then consultation with the director, then consultation with the consultant again! I’d seen a lot of reviews saying the director wasn’t great, so I was really worried, but I actually liked him well enough. I had surgery in my early 20s without knowing much, so I went in almost not knowing exactly what had been put in, what condition I was in, or how the surgery had been done. But while palpating, he explained my current condition in detail. My current situation is a bit bad, so I kept not understanding what he was saying, but he explained again while lightly scolding me in a joking way and even drew pictures, so I was grateful. Maybe the timing was just good, or maybe I was in a state of mind where I could take it well, but honestly I’m extremely sensitive... I’m the type who gets upset right away if someone speaks even a little stiffly But the scolding was also joking, so I laughed it off! I think everyone’s situations are a little different, so what they felt was probably different from what I felt Anyway! Both the director and consultant checked everything very thoroughly and explained the precautions too! But I hadn’t prepared any questions, so the consultation ended quickly
