I previously had a consultation here for complete nasal tip implant/cartilage removal. In the end, I had the removal done somewhere else, but the director was professional and explained the things I was curious about well. Given the doctor’s personality, he may seem annoyed? but I think that’s just his personality. The reason I chose another place was that I saw another review in the community saying it seemed like they had not done complete removal, so I got scared and chose somewhere else. But other removal plastic surgery clinics also have many posts like that, so if complete removal is your goal, I think you should say that the shape doesn’t matter and ask for complete removal, then plan for what comes afterward. If the shape does matter, I think he would listen if you ask to leave some cartilage.
