Due to the hospital’s circumstances, my consultation appointment was changed urgently on the same day, so I went after work and had the consultation. People’s reviews are generally split between professional and firm, or unfriendly, but I got the former impression. I went to decide on removal after a second revision rhinoplasty, so I had gone to several other places too. Everywhere else told me to remove everything and use costal cartilage, but here they said to raise it if necessary. I was worried because my original nose is very small, and I talked about the nose shape I wanted. They picked up only the realistic points and clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. First, I talked about silicone removal, followed by nasal tip cartilage repositioning, alar grafting, lowering the triangular nostrils, and the retracted/rolled columella with costal cartilage. But I thought the cost would go up too much, so I asked if I could leave out the costal cartilage, and they said I could.. (no pressure) When I showed them a photo of the nose shape I wanted, they said it was possible. However, I saw some surgical reviews from people saying it didn’t turn out well, so I’m worried I booked surgery for September, but it felt like everyone was waiting because of me, so I couldn’t have a long consultation. I’m thinking about getting one more consultation before the appointment.
