I arrived on time for the consultation, and there was no wait.
Both the director and the consultant were kind. The director seemed to have a slightly benevolent + firm style, but depending on the person receiving the consultation, it seems one side, benevolent or firm, may come across more strongly. I felt the benevolence more strongly. He told me to ask anything I was curious about, and he answered everything kindly. He also drew pictures while explaining, and showed me photos of similar nose surgeries while explaining, so it was good for predicting what my nose shape would look like after surgery.
When I asked questions about things like the nose shape after removal surgery, he clearly said this will turn out like this, and that will turn out like that, so it felt like I gained some confidence, and the direction he explained matched the direction I wanted, so I decided to have surgery here.
The hospital building felt old, but I was surprised because the restroom was so clean. It felt like, can a restroom be maintained this clean in such an old building? It is not a huge, sophisticated-feeling hospital, but I liked that it felt small and clean.
