Before the removal surgery here, I didn’t know exactly what condition my nose was in, and since autologous cartilage hadn’t been used in my previous surgery either, I understood that the surgical method changed a little after the surgery because the columellar cartilage support was not adequate, but there are parts I feel disappointed about. There hadn’t been any major issue bothering me in the meantime, but maybe because time has passed, the cartilage inside my nose that bent after the first surgery can be felt a bit more clearly than before... Since the cartilage was bent from the previous surgery, I guess the problem was having nose surgery in the first place. I want to live without worrying about my nose, but it’s hard.
Honestly, I like the shape. It’s prettier than my surgical nose and prettier than my natural nose, the symmetry is still good, the part that bothered me most before surgery has visibly improved in appearance, and unless you look very closely, the scar isn’t visible. Since I had no problems for 2 years, I think the surgery itself went well.
