Most of the staff are kind. I had a consultation related to rhinoplasty, and the consultant treated me kindly. I went after seeing a lot of ads for ID Hospital, and as expected, the building was big, there were many doctors, and it was interesting. What I was dissatisfied with was that consulting with the doctor required too much waiting time, and because there were so many people, I wondered whether I would be able to recover and come out while being properly cared for. (I just thought that if there are too many people, it may be difficult to care for everyone individually...)
