I've seen many places where the consultant is kind, but there aren't many places where the directors are kind, and the directors here were kind What I liked most was that they showed before-and-after CT scans of patients who had surgery. While showing the CT scans, they properly explained that if I had surgery, it would proceed like this, and where and how they would cut and attach things.
