The first nose surgery I had was silicone only, without osteotomy.
Of course it was better than before, but I wanted a slender nose..
I was dissatisfied~
In the end, I had another surgery with osteotomy + silicone, and 12 years have passed since then.
It’s fine now without any problems, but sometimes I worry that 10 years have gone by and the day might come when I need revision surgery again.
Still, my nose before was so large that it stressed me out, so even if there’s a bit of a foreign-body sensation(?), I’m living satisfied^^ㅎ
