My nose was originally very low and short, an upturned snub nose, and I had surgery with 3.5 mm silicone + nasal tip septal extension. Before going into surgery, the director asked, “Do you prefer it low but natural, or high even if it looks obvious?” At that time, I only thought I wanted to become prettier and didn’t have a clear preference, so I chose the latter. Compared with my nose before surgery, it’s much better, but the line is too straight, and I want to lower the nasal bridge and raise the nasal tip more, so I’m thinking about revision surgery haha I had it done at ㅌㅇ! (It used to be famous for its emerald-colored exterior)
